um, didn't we just read all this stuff like yesterday? What's up with the repeats? Actually, my study Bible was saying that repetition was a common literary device in ancient Middle Eastern literature, used to fix the details in the reader's or listener's minds. Honestly, it just made me skim it and I was trying so hard not to fall asleep reading it...
The generosity of the Israelites (being told not to bring anymore offerings) made me think about my own offering life...
