Okay, let's try this again...It's Wednesday and our Devotional book has a list of questions...for those interested, let's answer them!
1. Of course God didn't forget about Noah! God doesn't forget about us - it is us that "forgets" about God! My study Bible says that the Old Testament to remember means to pay attention to. It emphasizes God's decision to faithfully fulfill a previous commitment.
2. Well I already have trouble with patience so I would be like "God! Hello! have you forgotten about us or what?!" I'd be like "Noah...did you do something to piss God off?" hehe...but look how LONG it took for God to even send the flood (notice the age difference between when God asked Noah to build the boat and when he actually sent the rain). God obviously values patience...guess I need to get myself some more of it and not lose faith just cause God doesn't do things in "our time".
