Ezekiel 28:17 -- this verse made me think of how God allows things to happen to us so we can see sins in our lives. It's up to us when we stumble or having troubles in our lives to stop and not be negative about those things, but to be thankful. It is a time for us to realize the sins in our lives and ask for forgiveness so we can grow. I don't know if I'm getting my thoughts out correctly - but I do believe that things happen to us to help us grow! I have a favorite saying "everything happens for a reason" -- and I truly believe that!
