Don't know why, but this text made me think of a fortune cookie:
"He who is pregnant with evil and conceives trouble gives birth to disillusionment". (Psalms 7:14)
How true though, that those who turn away from God are so disillusioned with the ways of the world...I know some people like that and it is so frustrating for me that they can not see the trouble they, themselves, are bringing into their lives. Not that God solves all of our problems and we'd be free of troubles (I have to say, this week has been filled of troubles for us...one thing after another has broken and just dealing with STUFF has not been fun!) but we need God in our lives to help us with our day to day and to save us!
