I liked what my study Bible said about the Sabbath - instead of the Sabbath being seen as a welcomed rest in remembrance of God, it had become a joyless ritual because of the Pharisees' regulations...makes me think of some the "regulations" we put on the Sabbath...
Also, why did Jesus not want the demons not to tell who he was?

Also, why did Jesus not want the demons not to tell who he was?
we all need to be sowers of good seed - that when we hear the word of God that we accept it and then go and produce a crop from it! (Mark 4:20)
