Matt 9:36 "he had compassion on them"-- made me think about our need to have more compassion on those around us.
Matt 11:28-30 -- I love this verse!
Mark 7:8 -- makes me think of the church sometimes... "You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men".
Mark 7:19 -- found it interesting the last part of the verse said "in saying this, Jesus declared all foods "clean"... can someone help explain this -- does that mean those who eat meat can eat pork since Jesus declared all meats clean? Not that I'm looking for an okay to eat pork, by any means. But I just shared with Donna Partow's FB group that not all SDA's are vegetarians (since Donna said all were) and that our family ate meat, but according to the Bible as what are clean and unclean. But this verse appears that all foods are clean.
Luke 21:9 -- do not be frighten when you hear about wars and revolutions - these things must happen first.
Luke 21:19 - "By standing firm you will gain life" -- what a powerful verse!
Luke 21:28 also really like this verse "When these things begin to take place (the end of time) stand up and life your heads, because your redemption is drawing near".

ah, found my answer in our devotional book..."Jesus didn't change anything about the Old Testament. He simply fulfilled it."
