As I was reading about the midwives telling Pharaoh how the Hebrew women would have their babies before they got to them - I was thinking that Staci must have some Hebrew in her...having her baby in the car before getting to the midwife :-)

I found it reassuring that even though Moses had killed an Egyptian - God still used him for a very important job. We've all made mistakes in our life - but that doesn't cut us off from God's work.

Also, how many times do I "argue" with God when He is telling me to do something and I try to come up with every reason or excuse to get out of it - like Moses keep saying "what if they don't believe me". Have I not learned that if God is wanting me to do something - God will provide EVERYTHING!

I enjoyed reading your thoughts, Jen! i think I could have used a little more Hebrew in me when I delivered my kids! And what a great reminder that God will provide everything we need, especially when we're doing His bidding.
